I did fix it in the sense that now you do see all the headers in the mailbox instead of just "???" because this, in fact, was a real bug in Mahogany which could, in theory, happen even with a normal server -- the particularity of web.de is that it happened there all the time. Still, I'd strongly advise against using web.de. This is not an IMAP server by any stretch of imagination. Not only it doesn't support half of the protocol, but its support of the rest is increidlby buggy. For instance it simply doesn't manage flags correctly at all -- it apparently doesn't even know about the existence of the \Seen IMAP flag and so the messages flags change in quite, hmm, interesting ways. If you experience any crashes with this server, please do report them. But I won't even try to fix any non fatal bugs which happen with it, so hopeless it is.
