Xavier, Seeing I notice you are working on GPG / Message display, would this bug be interesting for you to fix:
http://mahogany.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/show_bug.cgi?id=766 It would seem to me that when each new message begins to get gets previewed, the Status Bar should be cleared rather than trying to detect when a GPG message is not longer in focus?! Somewhere in the 72 pages of bugs there is another one I remember seeing relating to status updating but I'll get to that one when I find it again :-) And yes, I will also do bugs I did not report LOL! :-) If you fix it, please update / close it!
