It's sort of a mini core dump that Windows can produce shortly before
crash and burn time :-)

You set it by going Control Panel / System / Advanced / Startup and
Recovery and setting it in Write Debugging Information. Minidump just
restricts the dump file to a max of 64kb. There are larger options
like complete memory dump but at 160MB (for me) per time I don't think
so :-) I'm interested but not *that* interested ;-)
