 Very good, thanks! I haven't tested it with 2.4 yet but it works ok with
2.5. I only had a small problem with the code in upgrade.cpp which added
the same page to the sizer twice -- this is a bad idea as it leads to
difficult to find bugs later on (wxWin should check for it...). I've just
removed the offending code as if I understand correctly it is unnecessary
anyhow. I think my change is ok but please have a look at it nevertheless
if you can.
