wxWindows 2.5 cured the problem with the context menus.  I think I
saw mention of a patch being rolled back to fix it.

Installing multiple versions of wxGTK appears to work fine for the
binaries, but /usr/local/include/wx/ keeps getting overwritten by
the latest version installed.  That's no problem for debug/nodebug
versions, but the headers are not the same for 2.4 and 2.5.  I don't
think that will be a problem as long as I include --with-wxdir= in
the configure command line.
