If you get error messages, please tell us what they are. You may also want to enable "mail debugging" option in the last page of the options dialog. 2. when did it crash? i.e. what did you do to make it crash? you should either give us a way to reproduce the crash or install the debughlp.dll from the URL given below to create a more informative crash report file.
