 I didn't check but probably no. The message contains Unicode characters
(&#8217, U+2019 "Right Single Quotation Mark") which are not parsed by
wxHTML AFAIK. Even if they were, it would still be unable to show them as
this character doesn't exist in any of the fonts Mahogany knows about. Yet
another reason to start seriously thinking about switching to Unicode...

 More interestingly, your message exposed another bug in Mahogany: it
complained about invalid PGP signature (because there is also a bug in your
signing proxy apparently, your msg is multipart/signed with one part only
and next part is multipart/mixed containing application/pgp-signature
part!) and didn't show the message at all. I've just fixed this.
