 There are a few places where this should be obvious so if you didn't
notice it I guess that Python was not enabled, after all.

 For instance, you're supposed to get a welcome msg box from the Python
startup script. In "Mail" menu there must be "Run Python script" command.
And in the options dialog a Python page. Also, in the filters dialog you
should have a choice of Python script.
