The latter is used by the sender of a message to indicate where answers should be targeted. See section 3.6.2 of RFC 2822 for the details. M never sets 'Reply-To' by itself, but only if you explicitely asked. As you seem to be the only one in M-users list to have a 'Reply-To' header, I'd guess that this one is set in your own preferences for the folder where you store the M-users list messages.
