So the most likely remaining explanation is that either you use some non default options for your folder or you have some messages which confuse Mahogany or you don't search for the same thing as I do. To eliminate these possibilities one by one, could you please: 1. tell me what/where exactly do you search for (i.e. the value of the fields in the search dialog) 2. if it still doesn't work if you open my inbox 3. what is the contents of the section for the folder for which it doesn't work (assuming (2) works) in your ~/.M/config (excluding password line!).
