It appears Mahogany only highlights URLs (i.e. makes them clickable) when they
end with a / character.
So URLs like:
Click on http://smurf/track/ViewTrackableLong.do?trackableId=9935
Click on http://smurf/track/ViewTrackableLong.do
Click on http://smurf/track/ViewTrackableLong
Click on http://smurf/track (*)
are not highlighted, while URLs like these, are:
Click on http://smurf/track/ViewTrackableLong.do?trackableId=9935/ (*)
Click on http://smurf/track/ViewTrackableLong.do/
Click on http://smurf/track/ViewTrackableLong/
Click on http://smurf/track/
(*) I believe both of these are not technically valid URLs
