Hello Vadim, as I see you are working on a composer, I'll report one (annoying for me) bug - when I change identity in composer, encoding becomes default. Example - reply to some KOI8-R message, encoding is OK, change identity (From) - text in a composer becomes unreadable and encoding becomes default.
