Hmm, it seems precompiled header is not created, although it is set
Create/Use Precompiled Header:          Use Precompiled Header (/Yu)
Create/Use PCH Through File:            Mpch.h
Precompiled Header File:                        $(IntDir)\$(TargetName).pch

But Mpch.h or *.pch are not created.
