FWIW this should be fixed with the latest wx svn. There is still an issue
with TAB navigation to the folder view which remains unresolved, see
http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.lib.wxwidgets.devel/122873
but unfortunately I couldn't do anything about it myself in spite of
already spending a couple of hours on it.
