(1) That is a very nice feature. I have not heard of this kind
of feature in any other mail client (but I lead a sheltered
life :-).
(2) Your proposed message is very understandable and communicates
the point well enough. Perhaps the question is how
forcefully you want to make your point. I am in the habit of
(manually typing) something like this:

Dear Postmaster,
The attached message seems to have come through your domain. It
is completely unsolicited and undesired. I have no relationship
with the sender.
TIA...

This makes it clear (to most :-) that I do not blame him/her for
the spam (yet) and that I realize the spammer may be somehow
spoofing this postmaster's domain. It also plainly states that I
did not ask for this e-mail (which should be understood when you
say "spam" but some people want it said).
IANAL so maybe we should wait for someone with more credentials.
As far as I am concerned either way works. Thanks again for a
nice feature.
