I high light "All Folders" then use the wizard to create a group folder called "Lists". Works fine. Then I highlight Lists. Use the wizard to create a local mailbox file. I end up with a mail box looking icon back under the root level, not under the "lists" level that I had high lighted. Lists remains empty.
