Hello,
I would like to see a change/addition to the message compose window.
[Or maybe I'm simply missing something]
I sometimes have to send mail BCC: to a bunch of people. All those are in
one folder of the adress book. So what I do now is:
- Type the (start of the) folder-name in the 'Adress' field
- Expand it
- Press <RETURN> (now I have 'n' "To"-lines
- Change the "To" to "Bcc" ("n" times) - annoying
Unless I miss something...
I would like to see this changed as following:
Instead of the 'Adress' field there is a selection "To, CC, Bcc, ..."
(as now appears after the pressing of <RETURN>)
You
- select the type of adress using this button
- fill the adress in and expand it
- if you now press enter you get 'n' BCC or CC (or whatever you selected)
Does this sound sensible ?!
BTW:
At first I didn't realize how to create BCC (or CC) entries at all. I
missed the "press <RETURN>" part. With the change at least the CC/BCC...
entries are "visible" at once.
I'm wondering about a appropriate button which does, the same as <RETURN> does
now. (Splitting multiple entries into seperate lines)
Does anybody have some ideas how to name such a button ?!
