Another simple solution is to create different folders for each 'Reply-To'
address you want to have and set the reply-to in the folder's options.
For instance I have a folder 'Work', where the reply-to address is the one
at work. When I need to make sure the reply goes to my work address, I go
to the folder and compose the message from there.
I know it is a bit besides the point, but it is a viable solution, IMHO.
