 Sorry, thinking a bit more about this it becomes clear that this (folders
appearing in the alphabetic order) is really only the case under Unix where
they're stored in the alphabetic order simply because this is the order in
which they appear in the config file -- as the registry stores them in the
order they were created, this is, of course, not the case under Windows.

 I'll sort them alphabetically under Windows too, for now, although the
right solution would be, of course, to close the bug 404...
