 Congratulations, you've just found a completely new bug in M! :-( I've
never seen this happen before, so I don't know what is going on -- would it
be possible for you to send me your NewMail folder so that I could try to
understand what has happened to it (of course, it's probably not a good
idea if it contains confidential information)?

 If you don't mind losing the current contents of the NewMail folder,
simply delete the NewMail fail in the directory where you installed
Mahogany -- it will recreate it when needed.
