Well, not quite. You need mingw32 *and* the makefiles to build with it.
The existing Unix makefiles probably won't work as is (although who
knows...) and so you should be prepared to tweak them.
But, once again, this really shouldn't be difficult to do and I'd do my
best to help anybody who is prepared to spend some time on this!
