 normally it should be possible to make Mahogany work with win32s as both
of the libraries used by it (c-client and wxWindows) support this
environment. However it won't work out of the box and you would have some
tinkering to do -- i.e. for example there are no makefiles for any Win16
compiler so you would have to write them yourself. Also, some features
(notably dialup support but probably some others as well) will have to be
disabled.

 In brief, if you're a programmer you could almost surely make it work with
some effort, but from a "just a user"'s point of view it is probably too
difficult.
