HKCU\Software\Mahogany-Team\M\Profile\<folder path>\Password
unless you haven't decided to not store it at all (a good idea for a
public/shared computer).

It's difficult to do it because this is the standard wxWindows dialog
which is used from many, many places and it's not obvious to know when
should we have this button and when we shouldn't. The current solution
(propose to configure the options after you close this dialog) is surely
not ideal but it's the best I could do.
