 Yes, it does. Windows fails to do a DNS lookup on localhost (127.0.0.1)
somehow -- but don't ask me why :-( I'd suggest to go check your Windows
TCP/IP parameters, in particular DNS or WINS or whatever does it use for
you. What do you have in your LMHOSTS file (if any)?
