Karsten had the view that all attachments should be shown inline which can be seen in the message viewer (all attachments were shown inline earlier, although now they appear as icons if their disposition == attachemnt -- but still at the place where they occur, so it's kind of half inline still) and in this decision to always send outgoing attachments with inline disposition.
