 I'm aware of this problem but didn't have time to look at it yet:
apparently exim (at least in some configurations) wants to have a FQDN in
the Message-ID. I don't know if it's correct or not but I suspect it is and
this means we should either always insist on having a FQDN or not generate
Message-ID header at all if we don't have it.

 In any case, right now setting your host name to crow.whatever.you.have
should fix this.
