I don't think so, but you can always add needed functionality yourself, it's
open source ;-)
Hmm, actually I remember, if you specify inexisting folder in Fcc, it gets
created (I am not sure). Do you use latest snapshot/cvs? Do you see "Fcc"
in message composition dialog?
