[M-User] Installing Mahogany - help

I have also downloaded Mahogany-0.64.zip (twice) and M-latest.zip and
unzipped both.

There is nothing, in the many files unzipped from Mahogany-0.64, which is
glaringly obvious as 'Run this to set up/install Mahogany'. There are  no
*.exe or *.dll files. Was my download corrupted ?

I browsed through the text files and saw mention of a Wizard and 'the
install procedure provided' but both of these elude me.

Trying to run M.exe, ex M-latest.zip, merely gives me "Versit.dll not
found".

Please help as I am fed up with Outlook Express.
