I guess you use threading, and the 'Gather messages with same subject'
option in checked (Right-click a column header and choose 'Configure
threading'). 

If this is actually the case, then what you see is normal: you have
multiple mails with the same subject sent on different dates, almost
exactly one year apart. This feature I asked you to uncheck above will
make the threading algorithm consider two messages with the same subject
as part of the same thread even if the headers do not relate one to the
other (none is an answer to the other, from the information in the
headers). For this kind of regularly sent mails, you may prefer to
uncheck it.
