I.e. the sequence of action is: 1. you click on an URL in M 2. it opens (normally) in K-Meleon 3. some time after this you close K-Meleon 4. M gives an error ? AGI> Aside from this odd error report, everything is fine. AGI> (The links open in K-Meleon without a glitch.) AGI> Is this error report K-Meleon's fault? There is surely a part of K-Meleon's responsability here because it should exit with 0 exit code (which means success) if everything is ok. However I know that the same problem happens with Netscape under Unix if, for example, it crashes. The trouble is that it happens a long time after the URL had been successfully opened and so M shouldn't complain about this. So basicly I think M should only check the error code if a new browser instance was launched and not if the old one was reused. I'll try to not forget to change this... But you'll still have the same problem if K-Meleon isn't running when you open the URL in M. So I'd advise reporting it to K-Meleon author(s) too.
