Help: Suppose I want to use the Mahogany help. If I press ctrl-h nothing happens. If I use the menus Help/Help nothing happens.
However, if I press F1 or pick from the menu Help/HelpContents, the helpfile (.cfm) opens. Filters: I want to change the order of filters. I guessed they would be draggable, but they are not. So I pressed the help button. Nothing happened: it is apparently broken. So I open the help as discussed above. It says to use the "up and down buttons" to rearrange the filter rules. I do not see such buttons. So naturally I look for the filter rules file, hoping it will be editable. It is not listed in the Help. I did not find it in the Mahogany directory. (It must be there?) Bottom line: how can I reorder the filter rules?
