For some time now Python access has laggeg because nobody added the ability for
2.2 and 2.3 tro be compiled.

I have just completed the ability for that to be done for 2.2 and 2.3 in the *nix
versions with the work to be submitted in the next 24 hrs or so in a rough but
workable method and will have a look at Windows next. At present under *nix it
will just blindly recursively check for 1.5 ... 2.3. I will submit this version
which will allow people to start work but I have my eye on a macro which should
make it a bit better once I figure out how it works :-)
