Mahogany considers it error because of some technical details related to
filtering loops (it cannot differentiate between new delivered messages and
new copied messages, the latter case shouldn't be filtered). Collecting
from folder to itself could be default if we allowed generated defaults.
It's perfectly logical: Where should mail end up when it is discovered in
this folder? By default, it should stay in that folder.
