 No, this is just the title of the menu, just like "Email address" when you
right click an address in the header for example.

 No, Mahogany doesn't have any built in HTTP/FTP support, better leave such
stuff to the browser. The only way to implement such a thing would be to
use an external (command line) downloader such as wget or curl.
