 IF you were using the 0.66 version, you'd have the "Tools" menu with
"Migrate" command in it which does exactly this, i.e. it copies the entire
contents of the IMAP server to another IMAP server or local file.

 No, unfortunately not. I deal with this by creating a directory "Foo"
containing the subfolders and mailbox "Foo.messages" containing the messages
themselves.

 Any precise way to reproduce this (in 0.66 if possible) would be very
welcome. Notice that if you delete the folder immediately after creating it
and before putting any messages into it the file might not have been created
yet which would explain the error (it would still be a bug but a more minor
one).
