 This really depends on remote server. You should be able to see the exact
error message if you click on the details button normally. 554 is a generic
SMTP failure error code ("554 Transaction failed" per RFC 2821) and can be
given for a variety of reasons.

 I'm not sure... Unfortunately the person who was working on this (Robert
Vazan) has seemingly disappeared from the scene without leaving any trace.
In any case, support for his "trivial address book provider" is not
compiled in the Windows binaries.
