 This is another GTK/Win32 thing... I couldn't find a way to intercept
space there. I should probably try again as thining about it right now I
don't remember what the problem was.

 Ah, maybe I misunderstood Alan... indeed, space does nothing in the
message view and I agree that it should scroll down.

 I've just done it, please let me know if it works under Linux (it should),
as usual I only had time to test it under Windows.
