On Windows it's most probably in registry, on linux in my
config file I have:
[wxWindows/FontMapper/Charsets]
x-user-defined=13
x-unknown=13
iso-8859-16=2
...

Find smth similar in registry (HKCU/Software/M-Team or smth like that)
and delete iso-8859-15 key.
