I have seen this twice but am unable to provide a method to produce it. I am connected to my IMAP inbox, reading and deleting emails. Something happens (I think I delete one email just as another arrives) and subsequently one of my emails displays the wrong message body: it displays the message body of a different message. I can move around and delete messages, but if I come back to the odd message it still displays wrong. However if I close Mahogany and then reopen my Inbox, the message displays correctly.
It looks like Mahogany is assigning msg IDs to headers it dowloads, and that in certain circumstances this can associate the wrong header (indeed, the right one as well as the wrong one) with a message body. Does this make any sense?
