 Actually this option doesn't even exist under Windows normally. As you
have the sources you can see it easily: "#define USE_SENDMAIL" is inside
"#ifdef OS_UNIX" in src/gui/wxOptionsDlg.cpp. And the option itself is
inside "#ifdef USE_SENDMAIL".

 So if the mail is not sent there must be some other reason...
