 Actually you need to create your own "Spam" filter rule and attach it to
your INBOX(es) (yes, a wizard would be nice here but...). Typically the
rule would be just "If seems to be spam, move to Junk folder" (you have to
create this folder yourself too). It is highly advised that you train DSPAM
(for example, by collecting some spam into this Junk folder manually before
starting to use it and then pointing it to it) but you may also start using
it immediately and, at least for me, it doesn't work too badly even without
prior training.

 A word of caution: the DSPAM database currently is never cleaned and so
can grow to be huge (50MB is normal, 500MB is possible). Also, for big
messages scanning them can take a lot of time on a slow(er) machine so you
may want to put a test "If size < threshold" in that rule above too.
