So far so good!
(Uninstalled the old version, then used Windows installer.)

IMO, three things are missing from the announcement.

- recommended installation procedure or pointer to such
- in the "selling points", I would add "excellent support
  for external editors".  This remains pretty rare in the 
  Windows world.
- a pointer to some sample Python scripts for either to be 
  included in Minit.py or otherwise would be very nice.
