I use an Outbox. Suppose I compose a message in Latin-1 encoding. I "send" the message: it goes in my Outbox.
Next I go to my Outbox and select the message. My non-ASCII characters look correct. Next I pick Message/Edit in Composer. My non-ASCII characters look INCORRECT! They have been lost. Why?
