OK, that matches something I now recall. I usually use the plain text viewer and some email has no plain text part but is viewable in the HTML viewer. In such cases, if I am in the plain text viewer as I forward (using $CURSOR$quote822) I get only the literal 822 as reported above, but if I switch to the HTML viewer and forward (again using $CURSOR$quote822) the message was forwarded. I mention this only to insure that this behavior was also fixed by the bug fix you mention.
