It will refuse to go back but you can force it to by setting the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Mahogany-Team\M\Profiles\Version registry value to 0.67.0 (it should currently be at 0.68). The changes in the profiles format were relatively insignificant so you shouldn't lose anything.
