Thanks guys for possitive feedback! As for the font it will not be hand-drawn in the final, however; I would like the result to be near Nutch/Hadoop font style. May be I should contant author of the said logos for font reference.
So, going forward I will base the next logo development on current proposal. Will let you know once I cook something...
