Attachment: mah-13.patch
- A patch changing Class.forName to context class loader,
- removing all setJar() clauses from the code (including tests),
- removing self-reference to dist/mahout* from the code.
All tests run fine and cross-jar jobs (if packaged properly as Hadoop JARs)
also run fine.
