HI all, just looking at the deprecation warnings I am seeing when compiling.
Looks like we've deprecated DistanceMeasure.distance(Float[], Float[]). Looks
like it is easy to just remove this altogether, and with it,
AbstractDistanceMeasure. OK to do?
