If we upload them to SVN, all committers can be able to modify them.
Adding all scripts (for nightly build) to SVN repository.

mahout/processMahoutPatchEmail.sh
mahout/hudsonPatchQueueAdmin.sh
They will be modified by only me, so It should be handled via SVN.
