We probably will have to somehow fix the version at a specific time at
some point. Not sure why 2.9-SNAPSHOT isn't found, though, it's
always worked for me.
As for 2.9, some of the stuff I do in VectorIterable relies on 2.9.
2.9 is in theory going to be released soon.
